“Transform” Group Personal Training Program
If your goal is to transform your health this spring, register for the DISC’s new “TransForm” group personal training program, led by nationally-certified personal trainer and registered nurse Sonja Eades. The 6-week program includes 18 one-hour training sessions, nutrition and supplement information, stress management, and a valuable support system that comes with being part of a group. Fee: $315 for DISC members
$375 for non-DISC members (non-DISC includes a 7-week, full-facility pass)
Note: Group must consist of at least 3 individuals.
Socialize and exercise! Throw on your walking shoes and join the stroller club at the DISC! This is a great opportunity to meet other parents while exercising. This “open track” style club will not be staffed, so no need to register! View the Stroller Club flyer.
Day: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Fee: Free for DISC members or $3.25 per visit for non-members

Group Fitness Punch Pass
The DISC offers a group fitness punch pass that is good for 10 fitness classes. This pass is great for those who do not want to make a 6-week commitment or those who would rather pick and choose what classes to take and when to take them.

“Test Drive” a Saturday Fitness Class!
Thinking about taking a fitness class but not sure you’ll like it? “Test Drive” the DISC’s fitness classes every Saturday morning! Each Saturday a different class will be offered for just $2. This is the perfect change to experience the variety of classes the DISC offers!
